The software was everything you promised. Since our purchase of CornerStone, my maintenance trips to the PC's that we have for free guest usage has gone down approximately 90%. Nine times out of ten, the user had done something or gone somewhere that affected the computer. Now a simple reboot of the system, and it's back to the state that I originally had it in. MUCH better than spending all my time searching out all the issues and correcting them individually. Now in 5 minutes I can be back up and running.

We have 9 copies of CornerStone user in mainly 2 areas of the hotel. We have 6 copies installed on individual PCs located in our Premier Suites. The other 3 copies are installed on 3 PCs located in our Business Center. All of these PCs are used by guests to access the Internet, perform general computing and printing for their own personal use. CornerStone has provided us a level of comfort knowing that any changes or modifications that a user makes can be wiped out with a simple reboot of the system. The application is easy to setup and control and makes the IT administration job simple and easy.
